Early mornings start with milking the cow at Garva. The guests are welcome to visit and see how it is done. Guests are also welcome to join in to feed the cows or giving the cow a bath! Kids have a lot of fun playing especially with the calves!
The jungles under a minutes walk away from the centre opens up the option of exploring the jungle trails. A walk here in the early mornings is really relaxing. The birds and the butterflies that one gets to see here is just an added incentive.

Guhagar beach in the morning is a picture of tranquillity. Coconut and betel plantations give way to an expanse of white sand that is bare, except for a distant jetty scratched into the blue horizon. At the centre of the village is the Vyadeshwar Temple dedicated to Shiva, which comes alive at Holi every year with parades and traditional dances.
Hedvi just about 30 kms from Garva is well known for the 'Dashabhuja Ganpati' temple. Hedvi also has a small cove of black sand rocky beach with a fascinating feature - 'bahman ghal' in the rocky part of the beach. An interesting rock formation in the cliff that channels water into the rock and throws it out in a natural fountain several metres high, during high tide.
Thanks to Suvarnadurga Shipping & Marine Services which connected Tavsal to Jaigad by ferry one can reach Ganpatipule from Garva in less than an hour. Ferries are available every hour and it even will transport your car! Thanks to the ferry even Ratnagiri is easily accessible from Garva Agro Tourism Centre and can be a great one day trip from the center.
